About Aakhri Pasta

From the Founders

Aakhri Pasta was born close to home.

What began as a personal food challenge within our family changed the way we looked at everyday eating. Simple staples—especially comfort foods like pasta—suddenly came with compromises: limited choices, inconsistent taste, or questionable nutrition. Something familiar and joyful no longer felt effortless.

At the same time, we were witnessing the quiet resurgence of millets in India—ancient grains with exceptional nutritional value, naturally gluten free, and deeply rooted in our food culture. Yet, the market offerings failed to bridge the gap between health, taste, and convenience. Gluten-free pasta existed, but it rarely delivered on texture, flavor, or clean ingredients.

That gap became our starting point.

At *Lilamrut Food Pvt. Ltd., we set out to create something better. **Aakhri Pasta* is crafted using millets to deliver a pasta that is gluten free, nourishing, and genuinely enjoyable—without treating health as a compromise.
